Night: Mon-Wed 4:30pm-6:00am

Role Overview

As a Packing/Shipping Associate, you'll help ensure finished goods are accurately packed, labeled, and shipped to meet customer specifications. You'll also play a critical role in preparing and packaging orders for shipment to customers both nationally and internationally. This is a fast-paced role requiring attention to detail, organization, and a team-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately follow customer specs that pertain to each order Prepare packing slips and freight Package finished products Organize cores and boxes Wrap skids Safely operate shrink wrap machine Prepare outbound inventory orders Use pallet jack to move products/boxes Notify purchaser to order boxes Keep work area clean and organized Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) Comply with company policies and be available for overtime as needed Perform additional duties as required

Knowledge / Skills:

High School diploma or GED Basic math and computer skills Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for long periods Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task Self-motivated with a positive attitude and team-first mindset Commitment to company values and a quality-first approach
