Job Overview

Are you interested in herbs, dietary supplements, and health? If so, you're going to LOVE this job. The hours are flexible, within reason. You will be shipping out orders for our local dietary supplement brand and also sometimes labeling and packaging our products. You will also be responding to customer service requests.

We want someone with good customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly.

Honesty and integrity are highly valued. You will have opportunity for growth here and this could turn into a full time job over time, although that is not required.

You will need to be proficient at using a computer as some parts of the job will be on a computer.

Willingness to learn new things is a big plus.

Responsibilities

Carefully pack finished products following company guidelines to prevent damage during transit Label packages accurately with shipping information and tracking details Prepare shipments by arranging items on pallets or in containers for transport Operate packing tools and equipment safely and efficiently Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing Maintain a clean and organized packing station to ensure safety and efficiency Assist with inventory management by recording packed items and updating shipping logs Collaborate with the shipping department to coordinate pickup schedules and delivery deadlines

Qualifications

Prior experience in packing, shipping, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products and documentation Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Basic familiarity with shipping software or inventory management systems is a plus Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for this role
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
