Voodoo Cannabis Co is a locally owned and operated cannabis dispensary committed to quality, consistency, and professionalism. We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Trimmer to join our cultivation and processing team.

Position Summary

The Production Trimmer is responsible for efficiently and carefully trimming harvested cannabis plants to prepare them for sale. This position requires precision, focus, and the ability to maintain quality standards while meeting daily production goals.

Responsibilities

Hand-trim and manicure cannabis flower with attention to detail and consistency. Maintain a clean and organized work area that meets compliance and sanitation standards. Weigh, label, and track product accurately according to state and company regulations. Inspect and separate product by quality and appearance. Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and state compliance guidelines. Report any issues or discrepancies to management or lead processor. Assist with general production tasks as needed (e.g., packaging, labeling, cleanup).

Requirements

Must be

21 years of age or older

(per Alaska state law). Must possess or be able to obtain a valid

Alaska Marijuana Handler Permit

. Must possess or be able to obtain a valid MOA

Food Handler Card

. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions. Dependable, punctual, and able to meet productivity goals. Ability to maintain focus and consistency in a fast-paced environment. Prior trimming or cannabis industry experience preferred, but not required.

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
