Job Description

+ Operates different packaging equipment and lines. + Observes operation of equipment to prevent problems, which could affect quality of product or production output.
+ Performs duties, such as inspections and evaluation of products and packaging components during packaging running.
+ Documents in the records.
+ Verifies documentation completed by other operators.
+ Checks for defects such as improper filling, broken packages or tables, etc.
+ Verifies operational parameters.
+ Assembles carton, loads supplies and materials to be processed through production line
+ Notifies Supervisor in case of difficulties with material, product or malfunction of equipment.
+ Follows all SOP's, GMP's, Safety, policies and requirements.
+ Identifies and elevates all immediate and potential quality, safety, or environmental issues.
+ Perform bar code and systems challenges (as applicable) for equipment used.
+ Cleans equipment on line according to standard operating procedures.
+ Reduces downtime by assuring tasks are performed promptly, safely and efficiently.
+ Manages and documents material use.
Performs other duties as assigned.
