Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Packager to join our manufacturing team. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols are essential. The Packager will play a vital role in maintaining efficient production flow while upholding the highest standards of quality assurance.

Responsibilities

Ensure products are packaged accurately according to specifications and quality standards Utilize hand tools and mechanical knowledge to perform minor repairs or adjustments on packaging equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area in compliance with safety and hygiene standards Assist with assembly tasks as needed to support production goals Use warehouse experience and forklift skills to move raw materials or finished goods safely within the facility Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and adherence to OSHA standards

Requirements

Prior experience in manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse environments preferred Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools required Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification preferred Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality control Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards Prior assembly experience is advantageous but not mandatory
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.82 - $25.07 per hour
