Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packaging Associate to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packaging products in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Your proactive approach and mechanical aptitude will ensure that packaging processes run smoothly, safely, and accurately, contributing to the overall quality of our products. Responsibilities

Operate packaging machinery and equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), to ensure precise and efficient packaging operations. Follow all FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines to maintain product safety and compliance. Prepare, assemble, and package products using hand tools and mechanical knowledge to meet production specifications. Conduct quality checks throughout the packaging process to identify and address any defects or inconsistencies. Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with safety standards and warehouse procedures. Utilize forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely for moving materials and finished products. Assist in inventory management by accurately documenting packaging activities and ensuring proper storage of finished goods.

Qualifications

Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred, especially involving packaging or assembly tasks. Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools is highly desirable. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in manufacturing equipment. Understanding of FDA regulations, CGMP standards, and quality assurance protocols. Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is a plus. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.

Pay: $20.48 - $24.66 per hour
