Position Overview:
Rental Connection is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Assistant to join our team. This role involves preparing, packaging, and organizing rental items to ensure they are ready for pickup or delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and package items according to order specifications.
Inspect products for cleanliness and quality before packaging.
Label, organize, and place packaged items in the correct staging area.
Maintain an organized work area and track packaging supplies.
Assist with inventory checks and restocking.
Follow safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
Support team members with additional warehouse or organizational tasks when needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in packaging, warehouse, or inventory work preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 30 lbs.
Good time-management and organizational skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.50 - $23.40 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
