Provider Job Opportunity at Bend Memorial Clinic, PC

As an expansion of Summit Health\xe2\x80\x99s Primary Care Team, we are seeking Internal Medicine Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to care for our growing population. This position will not host a traditional panel but will truly act as an extension of our Primary Care Providers.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Seeing Same-day patients
  • Follow up visits
  • Patient education
  • Assisting with In-Basket Messages
Being the key link to delivering quality care supporting our open access model
