- Contact patients via phone to confirm election, doctor, and insurance information.
- Contacts doctors\' offices to secure correct fax info on file.
- Follows up with accounts that the departments were unable to make first contact.
- Basic typing, clerical, data-entry
- Basic phone skills
- Attention to detail.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
