Position: Owner Relations Manager




Location: Gulf Shores, AL




Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (Rotating weekend on-call shifts)

Key Responsibilities:




Engage with property owners via phone, email, text, and in-person meetings to understand their goals and preferences. Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners built on trust, professionalism, and responsiveness. Oversee the

onboarding of new owners and properties

, ensuring a smooth and thorough transition process. Review and assess

monthly owner statements

to ensure accuracy and transparency. Conduct

routine property inspections

to verify maintenance standards and guest readiness. Collaborate with Operations, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams to resolve issues and share property-specific needs. Partner with the Revenue Management team with data gathering and performance insights to

optimize property performance

. Assist with

offboarding

, focusing on retention first while maintaining professionalism. Maintain accurate records of owner and property communication. Uphold and promote our company's

culture, mission, and core values

in every interaction.
