Training Included:
We have in-house supervisors who will train you in all cleaning procedures and the proper use of cleaning products.
Position Summary:
The cleaning staff will be responsible for deep cleaning and maintaining assigned areas within a restaurant. Tasks may vary, so flexibility and willingness to perform assigned duties are required.
Essential Duties:
This position may include kitchen cleaning, front-of-house cleaning, or both.
Kitchen Cleaning:
Cleaning kitchen equipment
Rinsing and sanitizing floors and surfaces
Washing walls, shelves, and handles
Polishing metal surfaces
Performing any other tasks necessary to maintain an "A" sanitary rating
Front-of-House Cleaning:
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
Emptying trash and bringing it to the designated area
Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
Dusting lamps, window sills, and all horizontal surfaces
Cleaning and polishing metal fixtures and shiny surfaces
General Responsibilities:
Follow all safety guidelines and internal policies
Perform other assigned tasks
