Americas Mailbox is looking for a full-time addition to our Mail Room team.
The Overnight Package Handler works under the Lead Package Handler, to pull, sort, and package mail in preparation of shipment, paying close attention to details of customer name, PMB number, plan level, requested shipment method, and shipping standards.
Functions
Pull mail from the mail room according to each day\'s pull sheets.
Obtain mailing stickers for each name on the pull sheet.
Check all mail & packages for each customer, ensuring all names and PMB numbers match, and junk mail is being discarded if required, according to plan level.
Package mail appropriately for the requested shipping method, following USPS and FedEx requirements.
Perform a second check of mail that has been packaged by coworkers, for the correct name and PMB number and seal packages.
Hours: Night Shift - Sunday through Thursday - 12:00 AM-8:00 AM
Work Location: One location
