Job Summary The Overnight IRD Server is responsible for greeting guests, inputting and delivering orders, communicating with kitchen staff, and adhering to proper cash handling and credit procedures, while creating a memorable IRD experience through friendly, prompt, and attentive service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for timely check presentation and retrieval, billing/credit card/payment and collecting feedback from the guest.
• Adhere to all cash handling and credit policies and procedures.
• Responsible for prompt and thorough preparation, delivery, and removal of IRD trays and amenities.
• Abide by all control, regulations, laws, and procedures related to food/alcohol service, safety, and sanitation.
• Must be able to cross-train in other F&B related areas.

Essential Skills, Experience, and Education include:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 2-3 year\'s related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Luxury hotel experience required.
• High volume, fast-paced work environment experience required.
• Aloha experience is a plus.
• Food Handler\xe2\x80\x99s card is required.
• Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) Certification is a plus.
• Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification is a plus.
• Proficient in English- verbal and written.
• Proficient in Spanish- verbal (preferred).
• Must have flexible work availability- all shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements include:

• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination, unless a medical or religious accommodation is requested.
