Responsibilities:
Our Fuel Desk associates are responsible for answering incoming calls from wash vendors and drivers needing assistance by performing the following duties:
Issuing wash purchase orders to vendors.
Assisting drivers to locate local fuel and wash stops.
Troubleshoot drivers' fuel cards to determine the cause of the issues at a network or non-network stop.
Answer and transfer incoming calls from main switchboard after hours when receptionists are off duty.
Processes 300+ phone calls per day.
Performs related work as required.
