CRMA pay starting at $19.50/hour with $1 overnight differential, non-CRMA pay starting at $19 an hour with $1 overnight differential Weekly paychecks Overnight differential 12-hour shifts - and three-day work weeks-4 days off! Housemate-to-care partner ratio of 4:1 (days) and 6:1 (nights) Free, home-cooked meals during every shift Paid CRMA certification opportunities - with corresponding pay increases upon certification
