What You'll Do

Own and grow a defined territory (Olathe, St. Joseph, Topeka) Generate new business through networking, canvassing, referrals, and events Conduct in-person consultations and water tests Present customized drinking water and filtration solutions Convert leads into closed sales (company-provided + self-generated) Manage your pipeline: calls, appointments, demos, follow-ups
Collaborate with leadership and sales support to sharpen skills and hit goals

What It Takes to Win

3+ years of proven sales success (

outside sales preferred

) Confident closer with a competitive, goal-driven mindset Strong communication and relationship-building skills Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
Ability to work a flexible schedule (Mon-Fri + limited evenings as needed)
