with strong knowledge ofbuilding, construction, or property management supplies
to join our growing team.Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow sales with new and existing clients in real estate, construction, and property management. Present and promote company products across
janitorial, maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and building supplies
. Build long-term customer relationships through responsive communication and reliable service. Identify opportunities, generate new business, and achieve sales goals. Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends and competitive offerings.What We're Looking For
Proven sales experience
with a successful track record (required).Industry background in building, construction, property management, or related supplies
(required). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, customer-focused, and driven to succeed. Local candidates only (Teaneck, NJ area).Compensation & Benefits
