FarmDaddy is seeking a motivated

Outside Sales Representative

to drive bulk sales and partnerships across educational, community, and corporate sectors. This is a

commission-only position

with unlimited earning potential, ideal for driven, self-starting professionals passionate about sustainability and community engagement.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with schools, nonprofits, and businesses to promote FarmDaddy's garden containers. Generate leads, conduct outreach, and help manage the full sales cycle. Conduct presentations and product demos (virtual or in-person). Attend local events and trade shows with the owner to represent the FarmDaddy brand. Report sales activities and collaborate on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Outside or B2B sales experience preferred. Background in education, sustainability, agriculture, or wellness is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated and results-driven with strong networking ability. Reliable transportation for travel to meetings and events.

Projected Total Compensation: $2,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
