POSITION TITLE: Outside Sales Representative

LOCATION: Orange County, CA (In Office 4-5 days a week)

COMPENSATION: $58,240 - $68,640 + Uncapped Commissions

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a talented Outside Sales professional to join our Business Development Team as we expand our footprint in the Orange County market. This role will spend at least 50-75% of their time in the field meeting with clients and dropping into prospective accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience with the full sales cycle, prospecting their own leads, cold calling key decision makers, meeting clients in person, and dropping into prospective accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:

  • Prospecting and securing new business through cold calling, drop-in visits, and in-person sales appointments.
  • Identify sales targets and specific action plans.
  • Assess and evaluate prospects for our Manufacturing & Distribution, Administrative and Professional Services divisions.
  • Present pricing/proposals/contracts to prospects
  • Participate in public relations activities/associations.
  • Conduct quality control checks on all placements to ensure appropriate matching and complete client satisfaction.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, including proven sales success in a sales role requiring you to research, prospect, and close new B2B business
  • Prior success with cold-calling campaigns and overcoming objections
  • Outside sales experience meeting with your clients in person and dropping into prospective accounts
  • Attention to detail and understanding of documentation in a CRM system
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience leading presentations & negotiating with clients
  • Collaborative & hard-charging demeanor with a desire to be part of a culture emphasizing teamwork, communication, personal & professional growth, and accountability
It would be great if you had these:
  • Experience selling within the recruitment space and/or any of Eastridge\xe2\x80\x99s specialty recruitment industries
  • Existing book of contacts and opportunities to pursue with Eastridge
  • Membership in local Human Resources organizations or other professional affiliations
