motivated Outside Sales Representative
to drive new business by building relationships with contractors, home builders, and remodelers. If you have astrong sales background, experience in B2B construction sales, and a go-getter mentality
, we want to talk to you!What You'll Do:
Identify and
cold-call
potential clients, including home builders, general contractors, and remodelers Develop andmaintain strong relationships
with builders to secure cabinetry projectsGenerate and follow up on leads
to provide estimates and close deals Conducton-site visits
to job sites, contractor offices, and networking events Communicate effectively with our in-house team to ensure seamless order fulfillment Meet and exceedsales targets
with a competitive commission structureWhat We're Looking For:

Proven sales experience
in B2B, construction materials, home improvement, or a related field? Strong
cold-calling and prospecting
skills - ability to generate leads and secure meetings? Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
? Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and
not afraid to pick up the phone
? Experience with cabinetry, construction, or home remodeling is a plus but
not required
? Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for in-person meetings
