The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving revenue goals. This position involves both prospecting new customers and servicing existing accounts through direct visits, presentations, and product demonstrations. The Sales Representative serves as the primary contact for assigned customers, ensuring an exceptional experience consistent with company service standards.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Identify and establish contact with prospective clients within assigned territories. Conduct in-person meetings, product presentations, and "Lunch and Learn" sessions. Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to promote ALD Outdoors and identify new opportunities. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities. Collaborate with Vice President of Sales to implement regional sales initiatives and campaigns. Prepare accurate sales estimates, proposals, and presentations highlighting ALD's products and value. Maintain customer data, contact information, and activity tracking in the CRM system. Generate and submit timely sales reports and updates to management. Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. Adhere to company policies, standards, and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or commercial sales. Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts simultaneously. Positive, motivated, and professional attitude. Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office applications. Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to travel as required within assigned territory
