Pinnacle Furniture Holdings is a trusted provider of premium outdoor furniture and refurbishment services for commercial and multi-family properties across Central Florida. We specialize in high-quality new furniture, expert powder coating, and professional refurbishment solutions that help communities look their best while saving on replacement costs.
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to grow our presence in the multi-family housing market and build strong relationships with property managers, developers, and ownership groups.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our furniture sales and refurbishment services to multi-family properties throughout Central Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate new business with multi-family properties, property management firms, and developers. Conduct on-site visits, presentations, and consultations with clients. Sell new furniture and refurbishment/powder coating services. Manage the entire sales cycle--from lead generation to closing and follow-up. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate project execution and customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track sales activity and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in B2B or outside sales (experience in furniture, property services, or multi-family a plus). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to exceed expectations. Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license . Familiarity with Central Florida and the local property management market preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $40,000 per year On-target earnings (OTE): Approximately $95,000 with commission Uncapped commission potential Paid time off and holidays

Schedule

Full-time Monday to Friday (9am-5 pm) Occasional evening events as needed
