Your responsibilities:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of Medallion Roofing. Your primary focus will be closing sales generated by our exceptional marketing team (no cold calling is required!).

Consultation and assessment:

Travel to pre-scheduled appointments at homeowners' residences to assess their roofing needs, including damage from storms, age, or wear.

Expert Presentation:

Deliver compelling and educational sales presentations, clearly explaining Medallion Roofing's high-quality products, services, and the value we provide.

Relationship Building:

Develop instant rapport and trust with homeowners, acting as their expert guide through the sales process.

Negotiation and Closing:

Confidently handle objections, negotiate terms, and secure signed contracts.

Your Qualifications:

Proven Success in an In-Home Sales environment is preferred, but motivated individuals with a background in commission-based sales roles will be considered. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills A high degree of integrity, professionalism, and self-motivation. You are a self-starter who holds yourself accountable. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are a must. A resilient, positive, and goal-oriented mindset.
