Rhino Voltz is a small, growing solar company that supplies lithium batteries and solar system components to dealers nationwide. We take pride in honest work, dependable products, and relationships built on integrity--all grounded in our desire to honor God through our daily actions.



What You'll Do as an Outside Sales Representative:

Build & maintain

relationships with 80-100 active dealers and distributors across core regions.

Visit

dealer and installer locations to provide in-person support, training, and product updates.

Identify & onboard

new dealers and installers across Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, and the Midwest.

Travel

extensively--approximately 75% overnight--to strengthen brand presence and expand market reach.

Promote & help launch

new product lines, driving awareness and adoption in new territories.

Collaborate

with internal teams to share field insights, customer feedback, and growth opportunities.

Manage & update

the lead list, conducting follow-up calls and outreach to develop new business.

Coordinate

with operations and customer service to ensure accurate orders and strong dealer support.

Our Ideal Outside Sales Representative:



Experienced:

At least three years of outside sales experience, ideally in manufacturing, tools, or hardware.

Self-Motivated Hunter:

Driven to find new opportunities and turn leads into lasting partnerships.

Strong Communicator:

Builds trust through conversations--both in person and on the phone.

Independent Worker:

Manages schedules effectively and stays productive while traveling or working remotely.

Computer Skills:

Comfortable using MS Office Suite to organize leads, track progress, and communicate with the team.
