As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating and pursuing leads, building relationships with potential and existing clients, and closing sales deals outside of the office environment.

Duties

Conduct cold calls to potential customers to introduce products or services
- Demonstrate product features to clients through product demos
- Negotiate sales deals and contracts with prospective clients
- Utilize inside sales techniques to support the sales process
- Up sell additional products or services to existing clients
- Manage and update sales activities in sales software such as Salesforce
- Develop and manage a territory sales plan to meet sales goals
- Generate leads through market research and networking activities

Skills


- Proficient in cold calling and lead generation techniques
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Experience in inside sales processes and strategies
- Skilled in up-selling techniques to increase revenue per client
- Familiarity with sales software like Salesforce for managing customer interactions
- Knowledge of territory sales planning and execution
- Ability to conduct market research to identify potential customers

Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Demonstrated proficiency in lead generation, market research, and conducting product demos
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to up-sell and cross-sell products/services effectively
- Experience in B2B sales and a solid understanding of territory management

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: From $41,600.00 per year
