Duties
Prospect and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking events, and lead generation strategies
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs to showcase our solutions' value
Manage assigned territories by developing strategic plans to maximize sales potential within each region
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients through effective account management and upselling techniques
Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to close sales efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support territory growth and brand awareness
Skills
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and lead generation independently
Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to foster trust and long-term relationships
Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing sales pipelines effectively
