a leading residential roofing company, is seeking a motivatedOutside Sales Representative
to join our team. We welcome candidates with previous sales and /or construction experience as well as those new to the industry. A positive and determined attitude needed in this commission- based role! Come be part of a reputable, family-owned roofing company serving homeowners in Southeast Texas.Responsibilities
- Generate leads to build a sales pipeline of customers
- Conduct face-to-face consultations
- Climb ladders and walk roofs to perform inspections
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire insurance claim process
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter and able to work independently
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
