WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

A motivated individual that wants be a part of our team as an Outside Sales Representative.

As a Sales Representative you must show the ability to call on and provide service to established accounts in Western Kansas, as well as call on prospective customers to secure new business relationships. You'll actively engage with those clients, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions that elevate their success. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of automotive and/or agriculture equipment with previous sales experience preferred. We welcome all applicants who have a positive attitude and show excellent customer service skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Applicant must be available to work Monday-Friday and some Saturdays. Must be Self Motivated and career driven with the ability to work independently. Comfortable using basic computer software, email programs and the willingness to learning new technology. Above average communication skills -- in person, on the phone, and in writing. Must have a current driver's license with an acceptable driving record & be able to meet driving insurance guidelines. Be able to maintain professional business relationships to ensure account retention, growth and client satisfaction. Presentation of new items and sales promotions during each visit. Excellent problem-solving skills. Process return goods from customers while on assigned routes. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist in parts delivering as needed. Clean and maintain supplied Company Vehicle This position is a base salary plus commission with a break-over bonus plan attached.
