WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

YOUR FOCUS MARKET:

Primary: Manufacturing and Industrial companies within a 100-mile radius of Huntsville, AL. Secondary (High Potential): Space and Defense companies, given the dense government contracting presence in Huntsville.
QUALIFICATIONS:

3-5 years of proven, successful sales experience, preferably in B2B industrial services, logistics, or a related field. Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills; willing to put in foundational work prior to seeing results. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

COMPENSATION PLAN (Designed for High Achievers!)

Competitive Base Salary of $55-65K annually plus commission on sales. Target Annual Compensation for Year 1: $70,000 - $85,000+ (Base + Commission). UNCAPPED COMMISSION POTENTIAL: Your earning potential is truly unlimited based on your performance!
