Outside Sales Representative - Grease Trap Cleaning Services & Industrial Wastewater Services



Purge Environmental is hiring a motivated, results?driven Outside Sales Representative to build new business across Central. This full?time role focuses on B2B outreach to businesses with commercial kitchens--such as restaurants, hotels with food service, senior living facilities, cafeterias, and event centers.

What You'll Do



- Identify and proactively prospect new clients in your assigned territory.

- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with decision makers.

- Present and sell Purge Environmental's grease trap cleaning services and other wastewater pumping services.

- Convert prospects into recurring customers--typically with monthly, quarterly, or annual service plans.

- Deliver persuasive sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.

- Track and report pipeline progress using CRM tools.

- Maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

- Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.

Compensation & Benefits

- Base Salary: $50,000-$70,000 annually, depending on experience.

- Recurring Commissions: Earn strong, ongoing commissions for every service job completed for the customers you bring in--ensuring long-term income as accounts grow.

Who We're Looking For



- Comfortable making cold calls and walking business-to-business sales territory.

- Excellent communicator and negotiator with a consultative sales mindset.

- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage follow-ups and deadlines.

- Related experience in B2B, field sales, or industrial services preferred (though not required).

- Proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office.

- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned Central Indiana territory.
