ELITE HOME SERVICES & RETAIL SALES CONSULTANT

Primary Solutions Corp is hiring 5-10 driven Sales Consultants to spearhead the growth of our comprehensive home services division across Washington, Frederick, and Montgomery counties, MD.

We are expanding rapidly into HVAC and Home Security, complementing our dominant position in Home Improvement and Storm Restoration. We need

Field Sales Experts

who can consult homeowners on everything from a new security system to a full HVAC replacement. If you thrive on autonomy and closing complex, high-value deals face-to-face, this is your chance for uncapped earnings.

THE PRIMARY FOCUS: DIVERSIFIED RETAIL SALES

Your main role is to be a trusted home solutions expert, proactively identifying and securing high-margin retail projects across multiple product lines.

Key Retail & Home Services Responsibilities:

Door-to-Door & Canvassing:

Proactively generate leads by visiting homeowners and businesses to initiate conversations about all offered services:

Home Improvement:

Standard roofing, siding, and general exterior upgrades.

HVAC:

Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning system replacements and energy efficiency upgrades.

Home Security:

Sales of smart home systems, monitoring contracts, and security installations.

Multi-Service Consultation:

Conduct comprehensive property consultations, creating and presenting estimates for multi-faceted home projects.

Self-Managed Schedule:

You control your day. Optimize your time in the field to maximize lead generation, appointments, and closures.

THE SECONDARY FOCUS: LUCRATIVE STORM RESTORATION CLAIMS

This remains your highest-commission opportunity, driven by recent storm activity.

High-Value Claims Closing:

Run and close insurance claims for storm damage (hail/wind) projects.

On-Site Assessment:

Inspect and document homes for storm damage (requires ladder climbing) and secure restoration agreements immediately.

COMPENSATION & REWARD (The Multi-Product Commission Edge)

Your compensation is now boosted by commissions across four major sales categories (Home Improvement, HVAC, Security, and Storm Claims), offering massive earning potential.

Targeted Starting Pay:

$95,000 - $110,000 Annually

Uncapped Commissions:

Earn commissions on

all completed sales.

Storm Restoration Claims:

Average commission

$1,500 - $2,500 per job.

Retail & Systems Sales:

High percentage commission on HVAC and Security systems.

Guaranteed Inspection Pay:

Earn

$50 per qualified inspection

to ensure immediate payment for time in the field.

Incentives:

Monthly and annual performance bonuses and an

QUALIFICATIONS: THE ELITE CONSULTANT DNA

Unrivaled Field Comfort:

Must be comfortable and proficient dealing

face-to-face with customers

in their homes.

Physical Capability:

Must be physically able to

climb a ladder to a roof

for exterior inspections when necessary.

Entrepreneurial Drive:

Independent nature, self-discipline, and a hunger to

self-generate leads

(door-to-door, networking) as well as run office-provided leads.

Transportation:

Reliable personal vehicle is essential for covering the assigned territory.

Training Provided:

We provide the industry's best 7-day training program on all four product lines and claims processes.

No prior experience is necessary if you have the drive to sell.

Work Location:

On the road

(Non-remote position) across Washington, Frederick, and Montgomery counties.
