What You'll Do

Develop and manage a pipeline of residential and commercial clients Conduct on-site visits to evaluate customer needs and provide accurate quotes Build strong customer relationships and represent our company with professionalism Collaborate with our installation and office teams to ensure seamless project delivery Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

What We Offer

Base salary of $40,000-$60,000

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a proven track record in sales (construction or insulation sales a plus, but not required) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
