Client Engagement: Educate clients on enhancing their home's health, safety, and comfort Customer Support: Address inquiries and provide essential equipment information Team Collaboration: Maintain regular communication with sales coordinators and managers Documentation: Thoroughly document each call and job for seamless operations Professional Development: Participate in required training, meetings, and prospecting activities
