As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners through pre-set, qualified appointments--no lead gen required. Your role is to educate customers on our premium roofing solutions, demonstrate the value of protecting and enhancing their homes, and close projects during in-home consultations.

What You'll Do:





Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners--no cold calling or lead generation required. Drive to each customer's home, perform a professional roofing consultation and product demo, provide an on-the-spot estimate, and close the deal. Take full ownership of your leads--your success is in your hands, but our team will give you tools and support to win. Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments, weekly meetings, and skill development. Represent TimeProof USA with confidence, expertise, and integrity, ensuring every homeowner feels informed, valued, and ready to move forward.

You'll run digital presentations, estimates, and contracts from your device -- proficiency is a must. Resilience. You can handle rejection, stay motivated, and bounce back fast. Willingness to Travel. You'll average 100 miles a day traveling to appointments-- show up prepared and professional every time. Availability. Evenings and weekends are prime time -- plan on working at least one weekend day and multiple evening appointments each week. Coachability. You take feedback seriously, lean into training, and always look for ways to improve. Onboarding. You'll undergo a background check, maintain a valid driver's license, and carry proof of insurance.
