The

Outside Sales Representative

at A-MAX Security Solutions is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and promoting company products and services. This role requires self-motivation, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach. Conduct client meetings to assess needs and present tailored solutions. Prepare proposals and negotiate pricing and contracts. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sale support. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Document activities and progress in the CRM system. Stay informed of market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Address and resolve customer issues promptly. Follow all company policies, maintain a clean driving record, and complete required screenings.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred. 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the security or construction industries. Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay: $37,500.00 - $90,000.00 per year
