Position Overview



We're seeking a motivated

Outside Sales Representative (1099 Independent Contractor)

to join our growing team. This is a

commission-only opportunity

Key Responsibilities



Generate new business by prospecting, networking, and contacting potential clients. Conduct roof inspections to identify storm damage and present professional recommendations. Deliver exceptional customer service, nurturing long-term relationships with clients. Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and contracts, including pricing, warranties, and project timelines. Secure signed contracts and drive the sales process from start to finish. Provide post-sale support and consultation to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist clients with insurance claims and related contracting needs.

Qualifications



Proven outside sales experience required (roofing or construction industry preferred). Personable, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a hunter mentality. Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs as part of daily duties. Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills. Professional communication, presentation, and time-management abilities.

Physical Requirements



Must be able to climb ladders (minimum 26 ft.) and walk on roofs daily. Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Reasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals with disabilities.

Work Environment



Regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions and heights. Loud job site environments are typical.

Projected Total Compensation: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
