This Role Is For You If You...




Are a proactive connector who thrives on finding and developing new business opportunities. Have the charisma to engage clients and the integrity to build long-term trust. Are obsessed with outreach, networking, and creating genuine relationships that lead to results. Know how to collaborate and hand off leads like a pro, because team success matters more than solo credit. Bring energy, resilience, organization, and a relentless drive to grow. Knowledge of the plumbing, design, or construction industry is a huge advantage, but not mandatory. If you have the drive and professionalism, we'll teach you the rest. Spanish fluency? A huge plus. Swagger? Mandatory.



What You'll Be Doing




Expanding Chariot's presence by connecting with new and existing luxury clients. Building relationships with key decision-makers in high-end building and design. Generating qualified opportunities and feeding them to the Design Sales team for closing. Representing Chariot with professional polish and genuine charm at events, meetings, and site visits. Partnering closely with leadership and the Design team to drive company-wide growth.

Quick Details





Full-time | M-F | 40 hours per week. No weekends or major holidays.

Base salary + commission pay with no cap

Travel in Utah + occasional regional opportunities

On-site collaboration with Design team in Salt Lake City, UT
