The Job:

Outside Sales Representative - Residential Services
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Pay: $50,000 - $120,000/year (base + uncapped commission -- the better you are, the more you earn)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, full-time (no nights, no weekends unless you want to make more)

Here's What You'll Do:

Be a creative hunter, building relationships within the residential community Identify pest issues and offer real solutions -- no gimmicks, just value Educate folks on our services and how we can protect their homes Close the deal and keep building your territory Work your route like it's your own business

What You Bring to the Table:

High school diploma or equivalent Grit, self-motivation, and a thick skin -- you know how to handle rejection and keep going A valid driver's license and clean driving record (5 years' experience behind the wheel) Must be 21 or older and able to pass a background check and drug screen High school diploma or GED
