Our client is currently seeking an Outside Salesperson with Manufacturing Knowledge to join their team, specializing in rotary joints. The ideal candidate will be an individual with extensive experience working in the manufacturing industry. They should possess the unique ability to speak the language of maintenance and facility managers, understanding their repair parts needs, and effectively offering solutions through our rotary joint products.
Key Qualifications:
Manufacturing Industry Expertise: The ideal candidate should have a solid background in the manufacturing sector, preferably with hands-on experience in roles related to maintenance, facilities management, or similar areas. This expertise will enable them to empathize with the challenges faced by maintenance managers and identify opportunities for our rotary joint products.
Veteran Status: We highly value candidates with military experience, as they often bring strong discipline, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure--qualities that are highly transferable to the world of sales.
Exceptional Communication Skills: The candidate should excel in interpersonal communication. They should be able to engage in meaningful conversations with maintenance and facility managers, actively listening to their needs and presenting our rotary joint products as solutions.
Sales Acumen: While industry knowledge is crucial, the candidate should also have a proven track record in sales or a strong desire and aptitude to excel in a sales role. They should be able to meet or exceed sales targets and work towards the OTE mentioned in the compensation package.
