Meet face-to-face with small business owners and their employees to discover gaps in coverage and present unique options Build your initial client base through our proven prospecting system, which we'll teach you hands-on, then grow it through referrals and re-enrollments Use our simple & customized CRM to stay organized and follow up consistently

TRAINING & SUPPORT

One week of in-depth classroom training

Field training and shadowing with top reps

Weekly team meetings (remote attendance available)

Ongoing access to coaching calls, podcasts, and sales resources, including best practices and live training sessions from top producers and hot hands

COMPENSATION

Uncapped earnings mean no ceiling on your earnings the more you put in, the more you get out; if you're above-average, it's time you get paid like it.
