Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Have a valid driver's license Have reliable transportation Willingness to travel up to 100 miles (avg territory size)

Your Key Responsibilities

Travel door-to-door to increase the number of active paid residential customers within respective territory Actively promote and sell AT&T Fiber products and services to meet or exceed sales targets Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and problem-solving skills Complete marketing campaign phone calls with appointment-based lead utilization Build a lead pipeline through door-to-door interactions and conduct phone and/or email follow-up Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to educate and inform customers effectively
