Responsibilities

Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits relevant to their construction projects. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic planning. Collaborate with management on territory management strategies to maximize coverage and market penetration. Experience



Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the construction or related industries such as technology sales or B2B sales. Demonstrated success in managing territory sales and generating new business through lead generation and cold calling. Strong background in account management, negotiation, and closing deals with diverse clients. Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data. Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations.
