Lewis and Raulerson, Inc is seeking a qualified Sales & Service Representative for the Fuel and Lubricants department. The overall role of this position is to successfully manage a territory, identify new business opportunities and maintain the current customer base. A great candidate would be experienced in sales, knowledgeable in the Lubricant, Fuel and FueLoc (Gas/fuel credit card program) business sectors of the company, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with potential and existing clients face-to-face to build relationships, understand their needs, and close sales


Work within a specific geographic area to generate leads, develop a customer base, and meet sales targets


Provide customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve issues for clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business


Track sales activities, report regularly on performance


Assist with managing our FueLoc (Gas/fuel credit card program)


Continuous expansion of lubes and fuel business knowledge via trade journals, industry trade groups, supplier websites and personnel contact with our supplier support personnel




Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal skills for customer interactions, negotiations, and presentations.


Basic math with the ability to use formulas, decimals and percentage mark ups.


Capacity to address and resolve issues related to product quality, delivery, or client needs.


Foundational understanding of fuel products and services.


Ability to develop strategies for customer retention and account growth.


Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office suite of products and services.


Year over year average revenue growth.

This is a full time, salaried position eligible for commissions based on performance. Job location is based on the road in the general Valdosta, Ga area.
