As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for aggressively growing revenue by
expanding our footprint with existing customers and acquiring new accounts. You will own
a sales territory with the expectation of exceeding $4M in annual sales, leveraging your
drive, discipline, and strategic selling skills to outperform market trends. This role requires
a proactive, results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused
environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth & Strategy
Consistently exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting, solution
selling, and account expansion.
Develop and execute territory plans that prioritize high-value opportunities
and customer segments.
Promote and influence the sale of the entire line of products and services in
alignment with company strategy.
Customer Relationship Management
Foster strong relationships with new and existing customers in Houston, San
Antonio, and surrounding areas.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met
throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct site walks and provide technical assistance to support quoting and
project execution.
Pipeline & Opportunity Management
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through cold
outreach, referrals, and industry networking.
Assign opportunities to the internal sales support team for bidding via
NetSuite.
Partner with estimating and operations teams to deliver competitive
proposals and close high-value deals.
Reporting & Collaboration
Track and report performance metrics weekly, focusing on pipeline velocity
and close rates.
Attend and actively participate in department meetings, providing feedback
and updates.
Facilitate and attend training sessions, team-building activities, and
customer events.
Additional Duties
Assist with credit resolution, LEED and project review submittals, accounts
receivable, and other customer service tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned within company guidelines.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in building materials,
construction, or glazing systems.
Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed $4M+ in annual sales revenue.
Strong track record of winning new business and expanding existing accounts.
Relentless hunter mindset with excellent closing skills and competitive drive.
Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven sales planning.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel as needed

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
