What You'll Be Doing:

Hunt for New Business:

Connect with potential clients through social media, cold calls, emails, and networking.

Solve Problems:

Meet with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored facility services.

Close Deals:

Present proposals and seal the deal while hitting your sales goals.

Stay Organized:

Keep your CRM updated and build a strong pipeline of clients.

Collaborate:

Work with a dynamic team of professionals who are just as motivated as you are!

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of outside sales experience

(bonus if it's in a related field!) A natural ability to build relationships and connect with people. A consultative sales approach - listening to client needs and offering great solutions. A competitive "hunter" mentality and a love for closing deals. Strong closing skills and a passion for delivering results. Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and lead-generation platforms. A positive, high-energy attitude with the drive to succeed. Reliable transportation for client meetings.
