Outside Parts Sales Representative

We are seeking a self-motivated Outside Parts Sales Representative for business-to-business parts sales through growing our current customer base and creating new customers by promoting our entire line of Ford products.

The Job role:

Drive growth of parts departments, customer base and profits. Promote the entire line of Ford products to Wholesale Customers and be willing to go above and beyond to meet their needs. Work with the Parts Manager to develop plans to increase sales and develop leads. Identify specific needs of customers and align solutions with our parts team. Engage customers and discover needs Maintain customer satisfaction and provide strong customer service including solving customer problems, complaints and questions in person, by telephone and through email.
Requirements:

Experience in a Retail or outside parts sales REQUIRED Understand and demonstrate basic selling skills such as preparing for sales calls, managing the customer's needs and expectations and communicate with your team effectively. Valid driver license with clean record. Pass a drug screen and background check
