We are seeking one (1) IL-state-licensed LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, ALMFT, LMFT, Psy.D. or equivalent clinician to join our tight-knit and growing team of professionals who share our passion for providing effective and personalized care to our clients. Qualified Applicant Requirements:

An active Illinois license. A schedule of 4-5 workdays with Monday, Tuesday and Friday evenings, as well as Saturday mornings/afternoons, required in-person. Be willing to build a caseload to a minimum of 25 weekly clients (if full-time) or 15 weekly clients (if part-time). Comfort working with adolescents, adults, families, and couples. Knowledge and experience providing relationship-based therapy. A high level of knowledge and skill in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Ability to work competently with a wide range of mental health issues and presenting concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and grief/loss. Experience working with clients with diverse backgrounds and clinical presentations, and commitment to exploring own biases in interacting with others. Excellent communication skills and the ability to be assertive while maintaining composure and openness to feedback. Capacity to work autonomously and be supervised face-to-face and remotely. Able to work cooperatively as part of a collaborative team. Excellent organization and time management skills, including the ability to complete clinical notes promptly. Ability to manage one's own work schedule and respond to all client communication within 24 hours. Current NPI # and/or credentialing with insurance panels preferred.

Position Expectations & Requirements:

Complete necessary client and other administrative paperwork consistent with practice policies and guidelines. Participate in individual supervision and group case consultation. Comply with regulatory, licensure, and continuing education requirements relevant to the applicant's professional degree and discipline. Abide by the ethics codes that govern the candidate's field/discipline/degree. Adhere to all confidentiality laws, HIPAA regulations, and other federal and state governing privacy laws. Assess client risk effectively and provide crisis management as needed. Assess appropriateness of potential clients for outpatient private practice setting, including potential for tele-health, and provide referrals as needed. Access community resources to engage clients in addressing their needs holistically. Complete and maintain documentation needed to participate in insurance networks (we participate in Aetna, BCBS PPO, United/Optum, Cigna/Evernorth, and TriWest insurance plans). Maintain communication and collaboration with other providers (e.g., psychiatry) to ensure high-quality care. Seek out training and education to support excellent and ethical practice.
