About us

Master's Degree required. No clinical work experience required for MSW or MS degrees. We are a fast paced and growing community mental health practice in Fort Payne. We specialize in behavioral health and psychiatric services, and are looking for someone who is open to seeing both long term psychiatric and short term behavioral health patients. We see all age ranges and offer a broad range of services, and look forward to meeting anyone interested in working with our rapidly growing caseload. Ideally, we are looking for someone who is interested in long term contract services and a desire to grow with us. . Job Types: Full-time, $19.00 - $24.00 per hour. Frequent evaluations and paid according to productivity.

Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments to gather information about their mental health history and current concerns
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients using evidence-based treatment modalities
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess for mental health disorders
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients
- Monitor and evaluate client progress throughout the course of therapy
- Provide case management services to assist clients in accessing additional resources and support

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Mental Health Therapist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
