We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide counseling services to individuals, families and groups, utilizing various therapeutic techniques to address mental health concerns

Duties: - Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans - Provide individual and group therapy sessions - Implement evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing - Offer specialized care for PTSD and other trauma-related conditions - Incorporate art therapy and dance therapy into treatment approaches - Maintain accurate clinical documentation and coding using ICD-10 standards Qualifications: - Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy - State licensure as a Mental Health Therapist - Experience working with children and adolescents - Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and treatment planning - Strong understanding of individual and group counseling techniques - Familiarity with coding procedures for insurance billing Join our team to make a meaningful impact on the mental health and well-being of our clients.
