IMC is looking to hire a

Therapist

for the new IMC Behavioral Health unit. Under supervision of the Social Services Director, the Therapist will be an active member of the interdisciplinary team, with duties to include but not limited to: Assessment and screening, development of clinical Impressions and recommendations, treatment planning and treatment plan reviews, participation in team conferences, intake and referral, provision of individual group, family and couples counseling,; as well as supervision and other clinical duties.

Qualifications:



Provides professional mental health services within the scope and ethical boundaries allowed by his/her profession Must hold a Masters Degree from an accredited university and is authorized by the

State of Louisiana

to provide psychotherapy and services. A minimum of

two

years in treating psychiatric disorders with one of the following credentials (

LPC, LMSW, or LMFT

)
